A NEW ABOUT WATER AND SCIENCE

They create a quantum liquid millions of times more diluted than water. Can a liquid be ultradiluted? Is it possible to imagine that a liquid contained in a soup spoon could occupy the volume of an Olympic pool? Although under normal conditions this is undoubtedly impossible, at very low temperatures the matter behaves in an unusual and surprising way. Researchers from the Institute of Photonic Sciences (ICFO) led by Leticia Tarruell (professor Cellex Nest), have created a liquid one hundred million times more diluted than water and a million times less dense than the air.

WATER TREATMENTS

Water sanitation: it reduces the microbial population to safe levels for health.  Water treatments: it is any process that improves the quality of water to make it more acceptable for a specific end-use. Tipes: -Primary: it involves sedimentation of solid waste within the water. This is done after filtering out larger contaminants within the water. -Secondary: it makes use of oxidation to further purify wastewater. This can be done in one of three ways. Tipes: . Biofiltration. . Aeration. . Oxidation ponds. -Tertiary: it is mostly comprised of removing phosphates and nitrates from the water supply. Substances like activates carbon and sand are among the most commonly used materials that assist in this process. Potable water: also known as drinking water, it is water that is safe to drink or to use for food preparation.

BIOINDICATORS.

-A bioindicator is any species or group of species whose function, population, or status can reveal the qualitative status of the environment. -It is useful and exceptional because it is divided in two simetric parts, it is protected by a cover of pectin with spiny expansions and wrapped, at the same time, by a mucilage secretion that helps it stay in flotation. It is an excellent bioindicator and it is very sensible to alterations. -Ex: Copepods, Bacillus, Geobacillus... -
